If you decide you want to return your purchase, we offer returns for all of our products. If you do decide you want to return your item, you have to ship it back within 15 days from the time you receive it. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The product must be returned in the original packaging, and must be unused and in like new condition upon receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Once the items have been received back to the seller, they will be examined to make sure they meet all the return requirements. If the items meet all the return requirements customers will be mailed a cashier's check in the amount of the original purchase price of the item, including the tax, and minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a shipment that arrives damaged, you may file a claim with the shipper. Any photos or other evidence of the damage will help in the claim settlement with the shipper. Shirley Kaye Island Studio will work with both the shipper and the customer in any way possible to help expedite a refund.
To return an item for refund contact us by e-mail at skislandstudio@gmail.com. In the subject line please include "Customer service return request". Write a brief description for the reason of the return. A reply e-mail will be sent with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) # that should be included on the return shipping address label.
